Press kit
Agent Santé is a volunteer, open-source project by CloudRaker. It helps Quebecers find official health information when 811 is very busy.
In short
- Free site, in French and English, with no account and no upload.
- Every answer links its official source (Québec.ca, Santé Québec, INSPQ, Ministry of Health).
- Not a government service, not an emergency service, and no personal medical advice.
- The site code and the agent instructions are public, under the Apache 2.0 license.
Architecture
The browser sends the message to the Agent Santé server. The server checks the session, then Decision-machine-1, a CloudRaker model hosted in Montréal, looks for personal information. Only a clean message goes to the CloudRaker Run agents and to the language models, in Canada and the United States. When the reply comes back, Decision-machine-1 checks that it has no personal medical advice, and then the browser shows it. A voice message is first transcribed in Montréal by rakeaudio, the CloudRaker transcription model. Only its text takes this path.
